Two friends from the Tetons have spent the winter of 2005 traveling the west working on a ski film. This film isn't your ordinary TGR Huck fest, KGB Productions have been working on a film that hits the heart of backcounty riding. They have created a sort of documentry film touching base on pristine backcountry slopes and the issues that have been endangering these areas. Exum guides, like Mark Newcomb, explain why they are drawn to the backcountry and the environmental issues need to addressed in the coming future to preserve our playgrounds.
Chris Kitchen and Sam Pope are two transplants from the east coast that have spent the last several years living and breathing backcountry skiing. They reside in Wilson, WY at the foot of Teton Pass. Their goal with this movie is to show the core of skiing and snowboarding. Through their portryal, a unique view of environmental matters that need to be dealt with in order to protect our recreational areas.
